(b) Tumor patients are often immunosuppressed after chemotherapy and radiotherapy and are prone to invasive mycosis. Therefore, fungi and fungal antibodies can also be found in the blood. (c) If a change in faecal fungal flora abundance is found, in addition to considering CRC, intestinal flora disorders, fungal intestinal infections, and perianal skin infections should also be considered.
