Non-invasive glioblastoma immunoprofiling by printed peptide arrays

Figure 1. Immunoprofiling by PEPperCHIP® printed peptide arrays. First, antibody responses against a 1745-peptide array covering six TAAs were compared in 10 long-term and 14 short-term surviving GBM patients. Next, the top 30 peptides of differential antibody response were used to design a validation peptide array. Survival prediction of individual relative antibody titers was assessed in two independent validation study sets (n = 61 and n = 129). Analysis of both serum and plasma samples was feasible.
