Groups: PBS, BCG (106 CFU of BCG, one inoculation), PLBCG-Al [50 μg PLBCG +1 mg Alum (Alhydrogel, Sigma), 2 doses administered in a 3-week interval], and BCG+PLBCG-Al (106 CFU of BCG and 3 weeks later 50μg PLBCG-AL).
