The unweighted pair group method with arithmetic averages (UPGMA) was used as the clustering method for PFGE profiles. Number of passages: −1 represented vaccine strains before inoculation in animals; 1, 10 and 20 represented the first, tenth, and twentieth passage of each strain in culture, respectively.
