Shown are the results of 50% neutralization titer with the use of 11 serum samples obtained from 11 trial participants 2 weeks following the administration of the second dose of ARCoV. Results from individual participant sera are represented as dots. (a) The 50% neutralization titer against pseudovirus. (b) The 50% SARS-CoV-2 neutralizing geometric mean titers. The numbers above the bars show the geometric mean titer in the group. Fold reduction is shown above the geometric mean titer.
