Figure 1. Flow diagram of the study patients.

Table 1. Characteristics of patients with COVID-19 in different vaccination status.

Figure 2. Odds ratios for characteristics associated with COVID-19 related hospitalization among total patients, patients of vaccinated the primary program and completed booster vaccination.

Binary logistic regression was used to evaluate the relationship between COVID-19 related hospitalization and patient characteristics, and the OR values were calculated. Among the patients of vaccinated the primary program with one or two doses, there were only 1 patient with disease severity of 4, could not obtain effective OR value. Among the patients of completed booster vaccination, there were only 2 patients whose residence city was “other,” and only 1 patient with disease severity of 4, could not obtain effective ORs values.

Figure 3. Odds ratios for characteristics associated with COVID-19 disease severity (binary classification) among total patients, patients of vaccinated the primary program and completed booster vaccination.

Binary logistic regression was used to evaluate the relationship between COVID-19 disease severity (binary classification) and patient characteristics, and the OR values were calculated. Among the patients of completed booster vaccination, there were only 2 patients whose residence city was “other,” could not obtain effective OR value.

Figure 4. Odds ratios for clinical symptoms in different vaccination status.

Adjusted for sex, age (continuous variables), residential address, disease severity, hospitalization and number of severe illness factors. Reference category for each is absence of the clinical symptoms. Among the patients of completed booster vaccination, patient with multiple organ failure was not seen.
