ABSTRACT
The surgical guide must be sterilized by standard process before clinical use. When the different sterilizations are processed, whether the surgical guide maintains the same accuracy creates doubts. Therefore, this study will delve into the changes of Dental SG resin in the 3D printing SLA process and MED 610 resin in the PolyJet process after sterilization in ahospital. The results show that the amount of change in the external deformation part of the Dental SG resin is about 0% to 0.6%, and the overall variation of the MED 610 resin is about 0% to 1.5%. In the internal stress analysis part, the amount of Dental SG resin before and after sterilization is about 2.35%~11.14%, and the change of MED 610 resin before and after sterilization is about 6.5%~9.05%. In this way, the changes are collected to provide abasis for the design of the posterior 3D printed surgical guide.
