Lack of Resources	Organization of stakeholder engagement activities at the level of branch or sectoral organizations.
Lack of Evidence of Issues at Stake	Broaden current assessment (see lesson 2) to increase the evidence of issues at stake, before engaging in a stakeholder dialogue.
Confidentiality Issues	Focus on precompetitive issues faced by companies in their sector.
Conflicts and Lack of Trust	Perform early engagement activities, to identify and address potential conflicting issues prior to evolvement of conflicts. Focus them on discussion of shared value rather than merely legitimation and trust (see lesson 6).
