Note: Level 1: the number of positive confirmed cases of COVID-19 is less than 20 people per 100,000 population per week. The incidence of hospitalisation is also less than five people per 100,000 population. Then the death rate is less than one person per 100,000 population.

Level 2: the number of positive confirmed cases of COVID-19 is between 20 and less than 50 people per 100,000 per week. The incidence of hospitalisation is between five and less than ten people per 100,000 population per week. The death rate due to COVID-19 is less than two people per 100,000.

Level 3: the number of positive confirmed cases of COVID-19 is between 50–100 people per 100,000 population per week. The incidence of hospitalisation is 10–30 people per 100 thousand inhabitants per week. The death rate due to COVID-19 is between two and five people per 100,000 population.

Level 4: the number of positive confirmed cases of COVID-19 is more than 150 people per 100,000 population per week. The incidence of hospitalisation is more than 30 people per 100,000 population per week. And the death rate due to COVID-19 is more than five people per 100,000 population in the area.Special area: based on geographical conditions
