The complete mitochondrial genome of the gray garden slug Deroceras reticulatum (Gastropoda: Pulmonata: Stylommatophora)

Figure 1. The phylogenetic tree of Deroceras reticulatum and related species in Pulmonata using amino acid sequences of the PCGs. The tree was constructed by the maximum-likelihood method with 1000 bootstrap replicates implemented in MEGA6.0 (Tamura et al. 2013). The Lottia digitalis (limpet) mitochondrial genome was used as an outgroup. Mitochondrial genome sequences were obtained from GenBank and their accession numbers are indicated next to species name.
