Figure 1. Neighbour-joining phylogenetic tree inferred from amino acid sequence dataset of 13 protein-coding genes for 11 Penaeidae mitochondrial genomes. The tree shows the topology based on concatenated data of 13 mitochondrial encoded protein sequences (nad2, cox1, cox2, atp8, atp6, cox3, nad3, nad5, nad4, nad4L, nad6, cob, and nad1). Reconstruction was performed by MEGA X (64-bit). Values at nodes are proportions of 1000 bootstrap pesudorelicates in which the nodes were recovered.
