Bayesian Inference phylogeny (GTR + I+G model, marginal likelihood score 135,267.87) of the Baeotus beotus mitogenome, 26 additional mitogenomes from tribes within subfamily Nymphalinae, and three outgroup species (Satyrinae (Coenonympha tulia), Charaxinae (Polyura arja), and Limenitidinae (Limenitid sydyi)) from other subfamilies within family Nymphalidae produced by 1.5 million iterations in MrBayes with sampling every 100 generations. The Bayesian posterior probability values determined by MrBayes are given at each node.
