Triin Niinepuu has a Master's Degree in Wellness and Spa Service Design and Management from the University of Tartu, Parnu College in Estonia. She has undertaken research on customer satisfaction and delight in day spas and has experience of working in spas in Estonia.
Heli Tooman
Heli Tooman is an Associate Professor in Tourism and was the Head of Department of Tourism Studies in University of Tartu, Parnu College, Estonia. She established the Master's Degree in Wellness and Spa Service Design and Management and is also a national and international expert on tourism development, spas and wellness.
Melanie Kay Smith
Melanie Kay Smith is an Associate Professor in Tourism at Budapest Metropolitan University. She is Program Director of BSc and MSc Tourism Management degrees and runs a specialisation in Health Tourism. She is an international researcher and consultant in wellness tourism.
