ABSTRACT
We consider integral domains for which each nonzero ideal
(or each nonzero principal ideal
) can be written as a product
, where the
are pairwise comaximal and have some additional property. We determine the structure of integral domains having this property in the following cases: each
has prime radical; each
is primary; each
is the power of a prime ideal.
