Abstract

Niobium(V) complexes with 6-methyl-4-hydroxypyrimidinyl hydrazones have been synthesised and characterised by elemental analyses, conductivity measurements, spectral (IR, UV-Vis, 1H NMR) and TG studies. The complexes have the composition [NbCl3L]. The ligand behaves as dibasic tridentate ONN donor.
