Interaction	The social and interpersonal skills such as conflict resolution and understanding the value of diversity.
Contribution	The way participants can be an integral part of the success of the project via collective problem solving and decision-making.
Responsibility	The commitment to and ownership of the project success, which includes timely completion of tasks, equity in duties and general good citizenship.
