Figure 7 Neck: This 58-year-old female patient was treated with 1.5 mL of Radiesse® + 6 mL of saline (final dilution, 1:4). Radiesse® was injected with a 27 and 30 Gauge needle and a cannula with 50 mm-length and 25 Gauge-diameter (27 and 30 Gauge were both used for convenience and considering the body region). (a) At baseline, her neck skin thickness was thin (grade 2) and the facial skin laxity and wrinkles were moderate (grade 2 on the Merz scale). (b) The improvement reported at 6 months after 3 sessions of Radiesse® injection was good (grade 3).

Figure 8 Décolletage: This 62-year-old female patient was treated with 1.5 mL of Radiesse® + 9 mL of saline (final dilution, 1:6). Radiesse® was delivered via 27 and 30 Gauge needle in a microbolus injection and a cannula with 50 mm-length and 25 Gauge-diameter (27 and 30 Gauge were both used for convenience and considering the body region). (a) At baseline, her décolletage skin thickness was very thin (grade 1) and the décolletage skin laxity and wrinkles were mild (grade 1 on the Merz scale). (b) The improvement reported at 3 months after 6 sessions of Radiesse® injection was good (grade 3).

Figure 9 Hands: This 50-year-old female patient was treated with 1.5 mL of Radiesse® + 3 mL of saline (final dilution, 1:2). Radiesse® was delivered via a cannula with 50 mm-length and 25 Gauge-diameter. (a) At baseline, her hand skin thickness was thin (grade 2) and the hand skin laxity and wrinkles were moderate (grade 2 on the Merz scale). (b) The improvement reported at 3 months after 2 sessions of Radiesse® injection was very good (grade 4).
