Indicator
1	Diagnostic method: Which diagnostic method is used (polysomnography, partial polygraphy, oximetry)?
2	Treatment with (fixed, continuous, bilevel, adaptive) positive airway pressure, surgery (eg, uvulopalatopharyngoplasty and adenotonsillectomy), oral devices, etc
3	Treatment with (fixed, continuous, bilevel, adaptive) positive airway pressure
4	Patients obtaining good (continuous, bilevel, adaptive) positive airway pressure compliance (defined as a number of patients with the use of positive pressure treatment >4 hours)
5	Change in apnea severity index from the time of diagnosis to after treatment
