Figure 4 In vitro paclitaxel release profile from PTX-FA-BSANPs. Phosphate-buffered saline (0.1 M, pH = 7.4) was selected as the release medium. The nanoparticle dispersion was put in an orbital shaker and shaken at 120 rpm at 37°C. High performance liquid chromatography was performed to measure the released drug concentration.
