Variations in cell-associated HIV RNA (CA-HIV-RNA) (A–C), HIV DNA (D–F), and IL-6 after each infusion of anti-PD-1 monoclonal antibody (G–I). Mean ± standard deviation values of the Z-score are shown in panels C, F, and I. A significant correlation was found between IL-6 and HIV DNA  (K),  but no correlation was observed between IL-6 and CA-HIV-RNA (J) . The CA-HIV-RNA levels were also correlated with the HIV DNA levels in HIV-infected patients (L).
