Clearance was back calculated from published terminal half-life and AUC values for [22] and [21]. Pharmacokinetic parameters were estimated from plasma concentration–time profiles for [33–35] [Margerum L, Unpublished Data]. Clearance data were normalized for bodyweight based on the published average weight of animals used or the average weight of animals at the quoted age range for each species.
