C_ANO = calculated fractional concentration of NO in the gas phase of the alveolar region; C_awNO = calculated tissue concentration of NO of the airway wall; D_awNO = calculated airway compartment diffusing-capacity from the airway wall to the gas stream; F_ENO_0.05 = fractional concentration of exhaled NO in the gas phase 0.05 L/s.
