Immunostaining for TGF-β, NFκB, PDGF-B, bFGF and fibronectin are seen in tubular cytoplasms, in addition NFκB staining seen in tubular nuclei and fibronectin staining also seen in interstitium. All staining is the densest in group control and faint in group sham.
