Adele Minutillo, MA in Psychology, is specialized in psychological assessment and methodology of social research, an expert in social and health problems, a professional trainer in qualitative research methodologies and health services management at national and international level, a technical assistant on development projects as consultant of National Institute of Health of Italy. She has performed significant works like organizing courses and conferences on topics of health, strategic planning, implementation and evaluation, drafting of development project documents, and preparation of budgets in many EU funded projects for LIC and LMIC Countries.
Piergiorgio Zuccaro, Ph.D. in Chemistry, is Chief of the Drug Dependence and Doping Unit (1996–2011) and Head of the Observatory on Smoking, Alcohol and Drugs (2000–2011) of National Institute of Health of Italy. He is a Member-Technical-Scientific on “Prevention programs of primary and secondary health damage resulting from the use of tobacco products,” Ministry of Health; a member of the Monitoring and Control Commission of doping and health protection in sport (2001–2003); a Member-Scientific in the Department of National Drug Policy for the Presidency of the Council of Ministers and National Institute of Health of Italy (2005); a member of the scientific committee “Smoke” at the National Center for Prevention and Disease Control, Ministry of Health (2005); a member of a committee on pathological dependence, Ministry of Health (2007); an expert for National Institute of Health of Italy (2007) in the National Platform on Diet, Physical Activity and Smoking, Ministry of Health, consistent with the program “Gaining Health: Making Healthy Choices Easier.”
