Analysis of Nutrition Clinical Studies Involving Children in the Middle East and Globally

Figure 1. Comparison of regional distribution of clinical nutrition studies in children and all age groups.

ClinicalTrials.gov was searched for clinical studies with the keyword ‘nutrition’ entered in the ‘condition or disease’ field. The search was initially conducted globally and involved all age groups categorized according to geographical region. Subsequently, the same search was conducted for children, categorized according to the geographical region and compared with the results for all age groups.
