Figure 1. ARF6 regulates cellular ODN uptake. RAW264.7, RAW-ARF1T31N, RAW-ARF6T27N or RAW-ARF6Q71L cells were incubated with 0.5 μM GpC ODN-FITC or CpG ODN-FITC for 30 min.
