Abstract
Objective: The development of a specialised Disruptive Behaviour Disorders clinic to assess, treat and monitor clinically referred primary school-age children with Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder-combined type (ADHD-CT), oppositional defiant disorder (ODD) and conduct disorder (CD) who are not responding to conventional psychological and psychostimulant medication treatments is described.
Conclusions: Systematic clinical research and ongoing evaluation of complex Disruptive Behaviour Disorder cases is achievable within a metropolitan Child and Adolescent Mental Health Service.
