When the Book of Abstracts was first published in 2019, the first author of the abstract, Impact of NOACs on the future of anticoagulation clinics: experience of the Cliniques Universitaires Saint-Luc, Brussels, Belgium, Dr. Remi Deleuse, who conducted the study and wrote the abstract, was omitted. As a result only the co-author, C. Hermans, is mentioned.

This has now been rectified and the Book of Abstracts has been republished with both author’s names appearing with the abstract (see page 449).
