Functions and Dysfunctions of Human Retinal and Cochlear Receptors

ABSTRACT.

The author describes some electrophysiological methods for quantitatively assessing retinal and cochlear receptor functions in humans. Results in healthy and diseased individuals suggest that studies utilizing these techniques can provide information of physiological and clinical interest.
