Abstract
A simple and low‐cost approach for chemiluminescence detection in flow systems is presented using a sensitive photomultiplier tube (PMT) base detector and a home‐made chemiluminescence flow cell. The application of the constructed unites together with data acquisition using a developed LabVIEW program for flow injection chemiluminescence monitoring showed that the presented approach establishes a reliable and versatile home‐made setup and can be used both for education and research purposes.
