Chemiluminescent Emitter Based on the Reactions by Ce(IV)

Abstract

The chemiluminescence spectra of Ce(IV) with pyrogallol and sulfite were measured using an automatic luminescence spectrum analyzer. The presented chemiluminescence spectra were similar to that reported for sulfite. Ce(III) as a chemiluminescent emitter is proposed.
