Abstract
Drug abuse is rising day by day and becoming a big problem in countries around the globe. The existing drug testing methods could not effectively cope with the problems in the sensitivity and specificity of the diversified drugs. Dot-ELISA, as a complement of ELISA, has been widely used in many fields. In this study, we optimized and applied the Dot-ELISA technique as a maneuverable assay for rapid detection of multiple drug abuses via a kind of 96-well plates-based Dot-ELISA array. In total 92 positive urine samples were tested with high-throughput and all results were confirmed by commercial drug testing kits.
