Abstract
Observant readers will have noted that in Mia Johnson's (January 1995) article on the apparent impermanence of the elements and principles of design (The elements and principles of design: Written in finger jello?), Table 1 fell victim to technical problems that resulted in the misplacement of several categories. The corrected table is reprinted here; we invite readers to photocopy it and attach it to the original article. Our apologies to Ms. Johnson and to our readers.
