Comparative studies between the X-chromosome and autosomes in relation to spontaneous and induced SCEs rates in bovine fibroblastes

SUMMARY

The bovine X-chromosome response to increasing chloramphenicol doses through SCEs assay in relation to autosomes is evaluated. The results found in this paper, indicate that there is not significant difference in the response of X- chromosome and autosomes, in the treatments studied.
