Lorraine J. Guth is an assistant professor of counselor education in the Department of Counseling at Indiana University of Pennsylvania, Indiana, Pennsylvania. Laura Murphy is chief of psychology and assistant professor in psychiatry and clinical psychology at the University of Tennessee Center for Developmental Disabilities in Memphis.
