Abstract
PbTiO3-substituted Pb[Zn1/3(Ta,Nb)2/3]O3 system powders were prepared by using a B-site precursor method and perovskite formation tendencies were studied. Crystal symmetries, lattice parameters, and phases of the developed structures were examined. Dielectric constant spectra of the system ceramics were monitored and the spectra in the paraelectric temperature ranges were analyzed in terms of diffuseness characteristics. Microstructures of the ceramic specimens were also investigated.
