Abstract

The AC field-stimulated ferroelectric emission from TGS single crystals and BaTiO₃ ceramics under conditions of Temperature Auto-stabilisation of Non-linear Dielectrics (TANDEL effect) is experimentally studied. Kinetics of the emission is found to be determined by the process of sample heating at switching the polarisation.
