Abstract
The behaviour of the interphase boundary which separates the coexisting FE and AFE phases is considered. An equation is derived for the motion of the said boundary in AC electric field. The Vogel-Fülcher relation is obtained for dielectric permittivity. Exreriments performed on PZT based solid solutions PLLZT, confirm the theoretical conclusions.
