Abstract
The paper investigates dielectric response of ferroelectric films obtained by a method of high-frequency cathode spraying of targets of stoichiometric composition of lead zirconate-titanate (PZT) in oxygen, with aluminum and platinum top-electrodes, and precipitated on stainless steel substrates. The authors make a conclusion that domain boundaries in ferroelectric films with different electrodes interact with defects in different ways.
