Results of ionic conductivity and dielectric measurements on self-flux grown KTP crystals along b and c axes indicate the existence of super ionic conduction and one dimensional ionic conduction behaviors along the polar axis. SHG elements were fabricated for various thicknesses and their conversion efficiency has been discussed.
