Abstract

The article presents the comparative results of dielectric responses of triglycine sulfate group and Rochelle salt group crystals. Dielectric properties of these crystals were studied under ultraweak probing electric field of low and infra-low frequencies at different temperature points. It is shown that the character of the dielectric response of these crystals is determined by the effect of isotopic and isovalent impurity.
