Abstract
Analysis of the equations for the energy of insipid ferroics with hydrogen bonds showed the existence of localized states of charged particles in a high-temperature phase. Either impurity electrons or protons that got off the hydrogen bonds can be considered as charged particles. These localized states can be clusters ‘precursors’ for a low-temperature phase and can explain the effect of a critical temperature dependence on the sample history. The dependencies of the localized states parameters on the problem parameters have been elaborated.
