The Characteristics of Pb(Mg1/3Nb2/3)O3 Films on PbTiO3 and BaTiO3 Seed Layer by MOCVD

Abstract

Pb(Mg 1/3 ,Nb 2/3 )O 3 films with PbTiO 3 or BaTiO 3 seed layer were made by MOCVD and the effects of seed layer on the characteristics of PMN films were investigated. PbTiO 3 and BaTiO 3 seed layers enhanced the formation of perovskite phase of Pb(Mg 1/3 ,Nb 2/3 )O 3 films. The preferred orientation and electrical preperties of Pb(Mg 1/3 Nb 2/3 )O 3 films were changed by seed layer.
