Abstract
The results of studies for the refractive indices dispersion, optical activity, electro- and piezooptic effects, electrogyration effect, thermal expansion and ultrasonic wave velocities in organic-inorganic [(CH 2 OH) 3 CNH 3 )]H 2 PO 4 crystals are presented. The coefficients describing those effects are determined. It is found that [(CH 2 OH) 3 CNH 3 )]H 2 PO 4 crystals are characterized by a high electrooptic figure of merit.
