Abstract
Temperature dependence of the dielectric dispersion of TGS single crystal which is influenced by the prolonged application of the perpendicular electric field has been measured to find out how the perpendicular electric field affects the domain structure. The dispersion can be expressed by 3 kinds of Cole-Cole type relaxation and 1 relaxation whose shape of the dispersion is a straight line. The fitting result indicates that the number of the swinging domain wall decreases and friction of the oscillation becomes smaller. The perpendicular electric field seems to immobilize the domain wall.
