Modeling of Ferroelectric-Dielectric Nanocomposites

Abstract

Using principles based on Landau–Devonshire theory, we have found the dependences of the phase transition temperature on granule sizes and form. The behavior of effective dielectric permittivity of the ferroelectric-dielectric composite near the phase transition temperature with accounting electric relation of granules in frames of the effective medium theory has been calculated.
