Abstract
The temperature dependence of the dielectric constants at various frequencies from room temperature up to the phase transition temperature, for SBN:61 pure and doped with Ni ions, are presented. Configuration of the domain structure during polarization reversal has been investigated at room temperature by nematic liquid crystal decoration technique. We have shown that domain structure dynamics is correlated with defect structure in examined crystal samples.
