Abstract
The microwave dielectric properties of complex perovskite Nd(Co1/2Ti1/2)O3 ceramics with 11SiO2–51P2O5–5Na2O-25ZnO-8Al2O3 (SPNZA) additions (1 and 4wt%) prepared through the solid-state route were investigated. A large decrease in the sintering temperature (near 150 °C) can be achieved by adding the SPNZA-glass to the Nd(Co1/2Ti1/2)O3 ceramics. At 1300°C, Nd(Co1/2Ti1/2)O3 ceramics with 1 wt% of SPNZA-glass addition possesses a dielectric constant (ϵ r) of 27.2, a Q × f value of 40000 GHz and a temperature coefficient of resonant frequency (T f ) of –53 ppm/°C.
