Abstract
The study of (65-x)Pb(Mg1/3Nb2/3)O3-xBaTiO3-35PbTiO3ceramics where x is 0, 1, 2, 3 and 4 were carried out. Phase structures of the system were examined by X-ray diffraction. The microstructure, piezoelectric and dielectric properties were investigated as a function of BaTiO3concentration, and their relationships were discussed. A dielectric anomaly at just 300 K was observed in the sample with x of 1 which exhibited the largest piezoelectric coefficient among all samples.
