Abstract
We investigate dielectric constants in dielectrics and ferroelectrics. The dielectric constants stem from pseudo-Josephson mechanism. The Josephson mechanism includes spontaneous polarizations in ferroelectric states. Using the Maxwell equations, the dielectric constants are obtained from little pseudo-Josephson currents. Our calculated dielectric constant is in good conformity with experimental data.
